ProPeek is designed with your privacy as the ultimate priority. The tool operates completely within your browser (client-side). When you upload a video or image, or enter text into the Prompt Lab, we do not store, upload, or transmit this data to our servers. ProPeek has no backend storage.

2. API Keys and Third-Party Providers

To generate prompts and metadata, ProPeek communicates directly from your browser to the AI provider you configure (e.g., Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter). Your API keys are stored solely in your browser's local storage and are never sent to ProPeek or any other party.
