2. Use of the Tool

ProPeek is provided "as is" and free of charge. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys for third-party services (such as Google Gemini or Groq) to use the tool. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

3. Output and Intellectual Property

ProPeek generates text (prompts, titles, keywords, categories) based on your inputs. We claim no ownership over the media you process or the outputs generated. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with the rules of the platforms you upload to (e.g., Adobe Stock, Shutterstock).

Our "Inspire" mode is designed to generate distinct styles, while "Recreate" may closely mimic original works. You assume all liability for copyright or platform compliance regarding AI-generated media.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elite Squad, ProPeek, or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the tool or the third-party APIs it integrates with.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the tool following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
